Create a world-class platform for moving technology from the lab to the market place.
To build an effective and profitable company that identifies, develops, and commercializes promising early-stage technologies.
Business Concept: STEM Genesis uses various funding sources including government grants, economic development funds, and private capital investment to commercialize early-stage inventions. Government grant funding is used as a primary source of support for research, proof of concept, and early stage development. Once projects are de-risked, private sources of capital along with government commercialization funds are used to advance technology development, increase value, and attract commercialization partners. We focus on technologies that have moderate to high revenue potential, the ability to create new companies and high-tech jobs, and a commercialization path that provides a solid return on investment. We close the gap from invention to innovation and create value for each of our stakeholder
Management: STEM Genesis governance is based on successful models used for venture-backed startup companies. Our direction is set by the founding members with guidance from a Board of Advisors.
Advisory Board: STEM Genesis has assembled an Advisory Board of seasoned professionals that provide input and advice of various matters such as research & development, business, finance, commercial viability of technology, and grant funding.
